By joining the Avetlist affiliate program through Whop, you agree to the following terms.
Commission
You earn 25% of every order made by a buyer who arrives through your unique affiliate link, tracked via a 30-day attribution window from click to purchase (Whop's platform default).
Payout
Commissions are calculated and paid automatically through Whop, Avetlist's payment processor and merchant of record. Payout schedule and minimum thresholds follow Whop's standard affiliate payout terms as shown in your Whop affiliate dashboard. Commissions are paid by Whop after a 30-day waiting period from the date of the referred purchase.
Disclosure requirement
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with Avetlist on every post, video, and bio link that promotes Avetlist or contains your affiliate link, in line with FTC endorsement guidelines (16 CFR 255.5). A vague mention of "affiliation" is not sufficient - name the financial connection directly (for example: "I earn a commission if you buy through this link").
No brand bidding
You may not bid on "Avetlist" or close variants/misspellings as a keyword in any paid search campaign (Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar).
No overclaiming
You may not describe Avetlist's distributors as "verified," "certified," or "legitimate" in any absolute sense, and you may not claim or imply that a buyer is guaranteed approval, response, or acceptance by any distributor. Your promotional claims may not go beyond what avetlist.com itself states about the product.
No spam
You may not promote Avetlist through unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or any messaging that could be reasonably read as spam sent in Avetlist's name.
Commission reversal
Avetlist reserves the right to reverse or withhold commission on any sale that is refunded, charged back, or found to involve fraudulent, self-referral, or otherwise abusive activity.
Termination
Avetlist may suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for violation of these terms.
