What we collect
When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and order details (items purchased, amount paid, order ID) to fulfill your order and deliver your directory file. We do not collect your name unless you provide it voluntarily when contacting support.
- ✓Approximate location data (country, region, and city) derived from your IP address when you use our chat assistant. This is used to understand visitor demographics and is not linked to your personal identity.
IP-derived location data (country, region, city) is retained for 12 months.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You have the right to object to or restrict processing. Our legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (order fulfillment and fraud prevention) and contract performance (delivering purchased directories).
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your data. Avetlist does not sell personal data to third parties.

What we do not do

Third-party services
We use the following services to operate Avetlist: Whop for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Vercel for website hosting and analytics. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.
Supabase (database and file storage) — Supabase Inc., USA. We have a Data Processing Agreement with Supabase in place. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Order records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting purposes. Download links expire after 7 days. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@avetlist.com.
