What we collect
When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and order details (items purchased, amount paid, order ID) to fulfill your order and deliver your directory file. We do not collect your name unless you provide it voluntarily when contacting support.
How we use it

What we do not do
- —We do not sell your personal information to any third party
- —We do not use your email for marketing without your consent
- —We do not store your payment card details — payments are processed by Whop
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate Avetlist: Whop for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, Supabase for order data storage and file hosting, and Vercel for website hosting and analytics. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.
Data retention
Order records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting purposes. Download links expire after 7 days. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@avetlist.com.
