Avetlist does not guarantee that every distributor will approve your application, respond to inquiries, or currently carry the listed products. Always verify directly on the distributor's website before applying. Supplementary entries (Score 40–59) are bonus directory data with less verified information — treat them as entries to explore at your discretion.
Buyer Responsibility

Dynamic Data
Distributor relationships with brands are dynamic and change without notice. A distributor that was authorized at the time of data collection may no longer be authorized at the time of your purchase. Always verify current authorization status directly with the brand.
Marketplace Invoice Acceptance
Avetlist does not guarantee that invoices from distributors in this directory will be accepted by Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or any other marketplace for ungating or brand authorization purposes. Marketplace policies are subject to change. Avetlist is not liable for IP claims, account suspensions, or lost profits resulting from use of this data.
Definition of Verified
When Avetlist uses the term “verified,” it refers to Avetlist's proprietary B2B infrastructure scoring — not verification or endorsement by any brand or manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
BINDING ARBITRATION: ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF AVETLIST SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Arbitration shall be conducted in Harris County, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party is responsible for their own arbitration costs. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Exception: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Download limits
Each order includes a download link valid for 3 downloads within 7 days of purchase. If you need your link reissued after expiry, email support@avetlist.com with your order ID.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
